The SERG Group believes in the importance of being a good neighbor and supporting our communities. SERG Cares is an ongoing program that allows us to connect with our customers, while aiding them in charitable efforts.
How to Apply
Due to the large number of requests The SERG Group receives, the following guidelines have been established for your convenience.
• Please submit your request at least 4 weeks prior to the event.
• All requests must be submitted in writing on your organization’s letterhead and include the following information:
- Organization’s Name, Address, Phone Number
- Organization Information including 501 (c) number, if possible.
- Contact Person’s Name, Phone Number and Email Address
- Title and Date of Event
- Type of Fundraiser
